Essential annual system care.

Plan Details & Terms

Eligibility & Pricing

Plans are offered only on qualifying new systems installed by NorthEast Heating & Cooling.
Annual pricing covers one standard residential HVAC system. We confirm scope before you enroll.
Additional systems, multiple ductless indoor units and specialty equipment cost extra.
Oil-fired boilers and furnaces are covered by our separate Oil Heat Complete Care plan.

What's Not Included

These are preventative maintenance plans, not comprehensive cleaning packages.
Coil deep cleaning, blower-wheel cleaning, extensive debris removal and similar work are extra.
Filters, replacement parts, repairs, refrigerant and extra service visits are not included.
Plans do not include warranties or parts-and-labor coverage, and maintenance can't guarantee against future breakdowns or costly repairs.

Discounts & Scheduling

Repair discounts apply only to qualifying repairs, not equipment or system replacements.
Repair discounts don't apply to diagnostic fees and can't be combined with other promotions.
The Summit $100 diagnostic fee applies to eligible standard-hours service visits only.
After-hours and emergency fees are additional. Priority scheduling is subject to availability.

Every plan includes maintenance findings and recommended follow-up work, when applicable.
